These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at toolexpertreviews.com (“the Site”), operated by Moses Washika (“I,” “me,” or “the operator”) from Nairobi, Kenya. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site and Its Content

Tool Expert Reviews publishes independent reviews, buying guides, and how-to content about power tools, hand tools, and DIY gear. Content is created by Moses Washika using the methodology described on the About page.

While I take reasonable care to ensure information is accurate and current, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No warranty is made, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of content on the Site.

Acceptable Use

You may access the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share links to articles on the Site, quote short passages with attribution, and print pages for personal use.

Brand and product names referenced on the Site (DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita, Bosch, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement by, partnership with, or affiliation with those brands beyond what is disclosed on the affiliate disclosure.

Reviews, Recommendations, and Disclaimers

Tool reviews and recommendations on the Site reflect my honest opinion based on the research methodology described on the About page: hands-on use where applicable, engineering analysis, expert and trade sources, and verified buyer feedback.

You acknowledge that:

  • Reviews are opinions, not warranties. A positive review does not guarantee that a tool will perform identically for you, in your application, or under your conditions.
  • Your results will vary. Tool performance depends on technique, materials, maintenance, and operating conditions.
  • Products change over time. Manufacturers update specifications, change suppliers, and discontinue models. Information on the Site reflects the product at the time of writing and may become outdated.
